Every time I visit, it's always clean. The owners are knowledgeable and very kind. The puppies all seem to be in good health and have good dispositions. I got my puppy from here and I absolutely adore my baby girl! Highly recommend!

UTK Wellness Society hosted a Puppies & Pilates event and Charles, the owner of The Puppy Store of Knoxville, was incredibly kind and generous in letting us borrow his sweet puppies for the event! The puppies were absolutely adorable, so loving, and full of personality. Everyone who came out couldn’t stop smiling. People were obsessed with getting some puppy love and it truly made the event so special. The puppies were well-behaved, clean, and clearly cared for with so much love. Charles was easy to work with, very responsive, and you can tell he’s passionate about what he does. He puts so much heart into his family-owned business. If you’re in Knoxville, I highly recommend checking out The Puppy Store. Whether you’re looking to adopt or just want to experience the joy of being around puppies, this is the place. Huge thanks to Charles for helping make our event such a success.

The puppies are well taken care of and are healthy! Plenty of people come to give them attention and play with them and their cages are frequently being cleaned. The owner is extremely nice and it is a great experience!

This was a pleasant surprise! We came to the area to visit the thrift store right next door but were stopped in our tracks when we saw the sign. True to form, the store is full of puppies! And they get to excited when there is a visitor. Charles is a great owner and is very knowledgeable about all the puppies he has in the place. It's 4 hours from is in southern Ohio, but well worth traveling for a visit if you have a particular pup in mind.

I have been to this location three times and today I finally took home my baby! Charles is amazing and you can tell he loves all of the puppies. He is very informative and answers all questions honestly. The purchasing process was quick and painless and they even held my bay to say bye prior to me leaving. We got a yorkie today! My heart is full and our home is happy! I say Merlin is adjusting nicely!

Yesterday we got our little Sierra from this store and what a blessing for finding this store. Everyone there is so nice. The owner showed us the puppy and we fell in love with her. At first sight and we bought her last night. She didn't even cry at all. She blended right in with a family, and we love her so much. And I recommend this pet store to anyone. Looking for a puppy. It's wonderful there, and everyone is so nice. It's very clean and they'll work with you and help you with anything.You need, I recommend this place highly. Here is a picture of my little sierra
